Best recipe for clay EVER!!!

by Jennifer
(Missouri)

I made the 3rd batch of this clay today, and just like the last two, it was perfect. I have tried anywhere from 10 to 12 other recipes online and this isn't just the easiest clay to whip up, but the best to work with. Not a crack, holds its shape very well, and I love that it turns out perfectly each time I use it. My search is definitely over for a polymer clay substitute.

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, after so many other failed attempts, I am happy to say that I have found the perfect clay. Thank you so much.

I have made pendants, bracelets, keychains, small bowls and even a few rings. There's no end to what you can create with this clay. Let your imagination go, and you just might surprise yourself.

When you said corn flour, did you mean corn starch? thanks
by: Anonymous

I am confused. Corn flour is like corn meal. Corn starch is fine white powder. Did you use the later?

Didn't work for us
by: K

I am not sure what happened but it was terrible for us. After adding water, mixture was very wet, not like video. I added an additional cup of flour and it was soft and tacky but ok. But hard to work with. I suspect still too wet. Shapes couldn't hold shape. When knead into ball, the joint cracks didn't go away. Much wirse than play dough. And rolling out for cookie cutter doesn't work either. Almost like too bouncy and stretches when you remove the shape. Niw everything drying and i hope that it's not going to be all garbage
